thank you for your comments. much appreciated. We will have to wait to see what happens, but something may be better than nothing.
I still feel that the previous directors need to be pursued for breaches of directors duties and be liable for the losses they caused us shareholders. There must be some insurance avenues that have $ or TD personally needs to front up with his own assets.
Hopefully the new owners will pursue that angle to recoup some value to all shareholders.
The possible new owners seem smart enough to me to extract any value they can from that.
