@Process1
You asked "
GPP current management is acting like secret organisation, holding information from shareholders,.."
Interestingly they have confessed that on the OHD section of their GPP Update anns today that they are holding information. They said;
"
The OHD bio-stimulant has much in common with other fluids on the market and so Greenpower must protect its anticipated commercial advantages. As such it would be inappropriate for the Company to always advise the market of each specific initiative and step undertaken, however the company is acutely aware of its ASX obligations and will continue to update the market as appropriate."
It is my understanding and I think it's clear enough; "we don't tell our shareholders everything because we have some commercial secrets."
That is clearly unacceptable as I can't convince myself anymore that they hold some trade secrets. I feel stupid if I would.
This management is making a simple mistake of giving liquoo Monash which is 4 times wrong and postpone the trial for a long time (weak or strong, doesn't make any difference, it's strongly wrong).
This is what I am saying now; IMO no need to swap the directors in and out because I can't trust them anymore.
Enough is enough.
GPP's management should immediately resign as they are s
trongly incompetent as they are doing
big mistakes IMO. If would be big mistake for us to let them keep going on their seats.
We have to cut loses here and make a new start for the sake of all retail shareholders.
