Yeah pretty fair call plasmod3. The only other risk thought I would add, is if there is that sort of deterioration in NTA then how high does the gearing go to? If the gearing is very high when they have to refinance their debt next, this could prove troublesome.
But as you say most of this should be well and truly factored in. These vehichles have just been hammered because of centro, allco, and other disasters in small cap, highly leveraged space. In all cases the comparrisons are not really warranted.
