lionsgate will set up their own distribution, for the moment they will regain control of their library as they come out of license from magna, thus magna lose all lionsgate titles. lionsgate are currently utilising hoyts to release theatrically and sony for dvd. they have their own tv deals in place that are very lucrative.

there is also the interesting play with dendy/becker and who will take control of these assets. magna has a deal to release dendy/becker product, but there might not be product coming through in the future.
