    The dividend is mainly because they exited their position in JIN. Remember FOR is a trust, they must distribute all their earnings... not a LIC who can retain earnings.

    Lost of demand last few days, assume people are excited about iSelect. Looking at the announcements iSelect accounts for about 8% of their portfolio.
