Traditionally Q3 typically has the highest operating cash outflow each year due to the timing of vendor payments for goods shipped to customers during the previous quarter’s holiday sales.
Website states...
AHAlife’s business model is a direct drop-ship between the designer and the customer, avoiding the need for storage and distribution of inventory and the associated inventory risk.
So my question is, why dont AHAlife take the payment via their website upfront, then payout to the designer once the stock has been delivered?
Im confused?
