I think we need to wait and see what is on the cards. Forise didn't buy in for fun. Sophisticated investors often have privy to additional information. They would also have done their due diligence. This decision to buy in would have taken months to decide. Now we need to see whats on the cards. Remember that they also have options at 2.9 which they will want to pick up. I'm surprised no-one is buying up big at this level for a doubling of their money. I know I would if I could afford to. Money goes into the account in !! days. Peters shares are locked away so he cant sell and would have no intentions to sell at this level anyway IMO. He has around 20M shares and in for over $1M so would be looking at break even at around 5-5.5c and would want some decent profit for his work.
