quix, your dollar figures on RMA and Video Ezy are massively exagerated as to R & D and IP. VE has spent no where near $4m, they'd be lucky to have spent $400k. Sure, a lot of money has ben spent on R & D by potential supplies & partners, but not VE - just ask the Irish. The money RMA has lost is not on R & D but gross mismanagement & out of control expenses. The supply agreements with the studios will be non-transferable. Any incoming party would have to establish it's bona fides & renegotiate at a very different $ figure. If EzyDVD is after the shell, it would be buying the massive tax losses & not much else. Goodwill would be negative, no unique technology & they wouldn't need the staff.
