Have you considered going to the people who constructed and now operate the Bald Hill plant - The plant was constructed by Primero, they did a really good job. Its already running at nameplate.

I would imagine BHP, RIO, others... will all have an eye on having their own Lithium producing operations at some stage?

You could start by enquiring at Primero? Find  what they are looking for in an undergraduate as far as experience and knowledge of their operations, also ask if they have such positions available and which locations.
