Bergen have converted approx $424k worth or 192 mill shares so far.
That gives them another $176k worth to convert ($600k) then somewhere around 11/6/18 the other $400k becomes available to management for let's face it salaries then the remaining crumbs for the plant.

Plus they were given 23 mill shares for signing on.

The only good part about this is Bergen probably don't hold many shares as we can all see they are just playing the system and lack morals, hopefully more deserving people have picked up these cheap shares and have success with them down the track.
