    A liquidity event is not defined by the buy/sell side ratio, which can change by the second. It's defined by total trades compared to the average. Given the 4 week average volume is ~216,000/day, and today's trade ~1,000,000, then almost 5 times the average qualifies as a liquidity event. The SP doesn't lie.
