Past history.The question for investors now is if they buy at 2.8 cents will they be able to sell for a much higher price in the future?

For sure, there was waste on employees who didn't end up delivering, but Urbanise also made acquisitions and developed intellectual property. You can hardly say that was criminal use of shareholders funds, that is what software companies are supposed to do. Many other companies in this space spent more on R & D and acquisitions but didn't make it. There is clearly a growing market for Urbanise's products. IMO they should have invested much more in sales and marketing than they did in R &D, but the management team who made those decisions have now paid the price. Hopefully the new team are more focused on building a profitable business and will work on improving their communications with the market.
