Just to remember, a take over offer must announce to the public if the buyer want to purchase 20% or more. What it could means that they are in the process of negotiations probably comes to a conclusion maybe that's why the ceo is buying. So at the moment, equity firm are probably still acumulating at this stage. So god bless
