That is simple. A more complex question - whether you'd rather $7 today or an uncertain higher amount in a couple of years give or take. The simple question is black and white, and there are many shades of grey in the complex question. Some want it kept simple - others are willing to struggle with the complexity and uncertainty. No wrong or right - just different approaches and at the end of the day the decision re the takeover is done and dusted, so there's no point arguing.
