The company has already paid a part of its tax liabilities, and is disputing the rest, which it is well within its right to.
Let the mills of justice grind - it would be amateurish to sell out of the company as an investment over this. In fact, such an ethical standard would make it very difficult to participate in capitalism in general!
Personally, I would rather have capital vested in an efficient allocator like RMD than fill up typically wasteful government coffers.
