As per the 2017 annual report, Armour Energy are the 3rd largest holders of Lakes, with 2,125,000,000 shares or 8.62%.
If Lakes were to be successful in it's large case against the Victorian Govt, I'd imagine we could be compensated directly, in accordance with that holding percentage.
More likely however, any payments would go into company coffers for use in it's projects, and Armour would benefit indirectly from that.
