    Just some quick numbers, assume they pay $500k for stock which is the max making total purchase price $800k. Assume a conservative 4x earnings multiple... I get $200k NPAT on $18mil sales....

    Andddd that gives an impressive 1% NPAT margin.... yeap as they say "profitable"...
