Certainly is you could launch an aggressive takeover of all the listed shares in CHN next week and get all your money back within a month from then owning CHN's bank balance plus you get all their tenements for FREE - Wonder why all the cashed up successful mining companies out there don't do this - Maybe they think that CHN tenements are worthless...thoughts?
