Possible counter offer, page-21

Time is slowly running away for a possible counter offer. Bots still at work though....
I somehow struggle to believe that the amount of shares traded the last couple of months was just to make a small percentage of profit with potential hope for a better offer to arrive.
Has anyone thought about the scenario that some big fish accumulated in the background via various accounts to not draw any attention just to be able to influence the vote to block the offer? Without putting a counter on the table for the time being if this worked - one would assume share price drop and opportunity to buy in cheap for the whale to try and take over?

Might be overthinking it - anyhow we will soon know...
