There's always a capital raising looming for a small explorer,this one possibly precipitated by the slow bleeding to death ahead of the release of more drill results. People are reluctant to take on more shares and some want to get rid of a few. Possibly its a time when Buffet's advice applies'Be brave when others are fearful'.
