Yeh, Sharrocks is one of the head Patterson's directors at the Sydney office from memory. Certainly seems like a potential conflict of interest situation at some point... But his involvement was a positive for me in the end. Pattos and the likes don't pay a premium for these types of shares, ever I think. Don't know why Sharrocks would personally buy shares unless he considers them a discount. At the least, I reckon it could possibly become a good pump and dump opportunity at some point with him involved...
