20% premium is worth zero in todays low interest environment for a world class asset. That the business was sunk in debt and poo fell was not economics but geopolitics and financial manipulation for the management classes to suck on the teat of a listed entity. 20% premium in cash is useless to a long term investor. Those of you for short term, you should have bailed when it got to 6.20ish.
