Vlad, I got into this stock when it was still called Global Properties. I think 2009 or so. I have a decent sized parcel somewhere between 10,000 and 50,000, average buy price of $3.89. I have a lot of money tied up in this stock, so I watch it like a hawk. I don't think there is anyone in the know deliberately manipulating the stock price, Fred and his family have millions tied up in this stock. The amount of money you are talking about, six hundred thousand or so, is beer money and bus fares. No one would take risks when the chance of being caught is so real. It's just the day traders playing around with tiny volumes. A few thousand shares get bought and sold every day, so what? I am just waiting for a positive announcement.
