I am not sure why you think PSD doesn't qualify for loan from NAIF. I really don't see the difference between PSD and Humpty doo except for the amount. Personally I really wanted them to get Loan from Naif first and then make a deal with Nissui. anyways they are seeking huge amount from Naif so we need to understand NAIF probably need assurance and that's what Nissui deal will do that for seafarm.
I mean we can see now, Nissui beleive that PSD will go a head that's one of the reason they are investing money. PSD is seeking loan from Naif we know this because the company has been telling us in their ANN. The GOV is building road for them, I mean common what else do we need to convince ourself PSD will go a head whether we like it or not.
