You can put a line through theory 3, DGR would have to disclose any selling as a substantial holder and if they did sell any, holders such as myself would be livid!

I've never invested in any of DGR's subs (at IPO or afterwards) but, I'll admit I'm getting mighty tempted with AJQ at the moment.

But to play the devil's advocate, AJQ have appreciated almost 30% in the last year, even after issuing a significant amount of capital at 7.6c, so that's not too bad!

I know this wouldn't seem a 'fair' return given all the positives, but if you feel hard done by or impatient, have a look at DGR's chart!!
