THE WAITING ROOM.

The waiting room is situated North of Lima in a district known as Chancay. Its build is of mud brick with windows facing the North South Pan American highway where members of the waiting Room sit endlessly awaiting the growth of a blade of grass in a region that never rains. They also sit awaiting good news from the office of ICG in Lima which is connected by string phone via empty red bean cans at each end. The only high light of a day to break the boredom is a trip to the Chancay Castle and a lunch of Ceviche. Other than that its back to the mud brick dwelling awaiting news from ICG on a possible SP rise. The unfortunate that don't make it across the busy Pan American highway after lunch where mad Peruvian bus drivers scream by, they lay behind the mud brick dwelling in the longer waiting room.
