According to the CFO, Aneth crude sells at a discount of about $5 to WTI to a refinery in fairly close by which plays hardball as it has a monopoly for the product. At the AGM, ELK said they were threating the refinery that they would truck the oil to California and recieve a premium because of the "green " nature of the EOR Aneth crude. I am not aware as to any changes to the current situation but am assuning they are still selling to the refinery.
