I have had another look at this and I think a big part of the problem is that there is not a lot worth buying on the sell side i.e. if you tally up the buy opportunities the sell side seems to have about $65K to $66K on offer if you take into account all the shares on view up to .018.
Each step up is around 10%. I put a table in below of what I can see on the sell side and how much it equates to to the nearest whole dollar.
So in my humble opinion a whole load shares need to be on offer for this to move north otherwise the road is hard and risky for anyone wanting to take a reasonable sized punt given the percentage rate you would have to push shares up to make it a reasonable grab.

Just my thoughts and I could be way off track. But until more shares are stacked in the sell side at the .009 through to ,012 levels I cannot see this sensibly moving anywhere in the short term unfortunately despite it looking like a very good investment now.
