I am out . Probably for a while . The drop in NTA isn’t great ( which is the key reason I hold ) and the fact they are negative cash flow to the extent they are isn’t comforting either . They say they have a strong balance sheet but I don’t agree - it’s not weak but just because you have head room doesn’t make it strong . Going into a weaker period for equities due to higher rates , the combination of debt and weak cash flow is not the combo I am looking for
