As usual, the one twisting facts and blowing things out of proportion for an agenda is yourself Sroyle.
There has been no other mention of BP in Magnis' announcements other than on the 6th of October, 2017, and simply to highlight the calibre of members of the groupMagnis has signed an agreement with for support of the German gigafactory, Listrom.
Word for word from the announcement:
"The agreement is supported by the North Rhine Westphalia (NRW) government and has been signed by Magnis Resources and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) WiN Emscher-Lippe GmbH (WIN).
The WIN PPP members include Energy and Chemicals giants such as British Petroleum (BP), EVONIK, INEOS, SABIC, SASOL, E.ON, Uniper, RAG and RWE/ Innogy, a number of financial institutions, government entities and economic development entities such as NRW-Bank, NRW.Invest. Thirteen regional municipalities for the economic development of the Emscher-Lippe region an industrialised area in NRW, are also members."
Let's stick to the facts aye Sroyle and keep things in their correct perspective. Research WIN if you want to information that is closer to the actual Magnis story.
I actually think you may be at times confusing comments regarding BP with Bell Potter... acronyms, can be confusing for some I guess!
Regarding, the Townsville mayor visiting IM3NY to meet with consortium members, obviously this would not be happening unless there was final due diligence being done by government entities to support the Townsville gigafactory. NAIF has $1B to dish out by the end of the year and another $4B after that... Not hard to join the dots on this one.
Magnis has always set benchmarks. While others are most likely trying and failing to gain basic SEZ's, Magnis IMO will progress with end product, Li-ion battery factory developments.
