Yes.
Given the language about STO not engaging on valuation, and the reporting in the AFR as to Harbour’s surprise on the STO market releases, any further bid is likely to be directly to shareholders.
But post Board rejection hard to see that happening now unless there is massive short term price weakness.
Pressure back on Spence to deliver. Today was either brave or foolish, time will tell.
