Since when has the ACT been the major Cyclone capital ? Lol. Haha I guess there is plenty of hot air in Canberra !

Also, for the new developments in the ACT it has always made sense to deliver the ability for gas usage to new developments ... along with the other services, electricity, water etc. It is up to the new owners as to which services they use - ie a combination of gas and electricity..... or as it now appears, just electricity. I know that I would prefer to have the option and ability to use town gas.
