You are reading the play well rdl, my sources tell me there has been much corporate activity in the last 2 shaky months.
The buy rec is partly to do with an updated research report being mailed out to 60,000+ clients of RM capital/Wise Owl and members of the Israeli chamber of commerce here in Aust.

It is probably the right time for a new cornerstone investor to enter the door......watching eagerly for that entry:))
