However if you start with a plan you have direction which allows you to modify those timelines as ERL has had to do to meet the original objectives of the plan which they are continuing to do. So why don't we all just cut them some slack, relax and wait for the final outcomes. It is what it is. GLTAIH.

You have to keep your investors up dated with what is going on, been to slow at doing that which ends up with unhappy share holders.
