Is BHP the oldest? I know Gowings is an old company but wasn't listed as long. GOW is interesting recently took a small position there. Don't like that suddenly they are investing in surf hardware , farming and refurbishing the property portfolio. However after writing off the surf hardware , and reducing the property discount rate decided it was still cheap. I agree about URB but I would not go above 3% of my portfolio but I am hoping that we see more of the style in the BOW jv with a twist so that they keep some of the developments as assets. Like the one they are doing now sell 50% recover costs and keep the profit in plant. Not suggesting that's what they will do but an interesting take on things.
