The Chairman was buying at 57c about four weeks before the quarterly. I see it as a positive that he's not currently buying as it tells me there is a price sensitive announcement not far away preventing him from purchasing more. One could speculate that they are close to getting a large overseas order for the armour plates hopefully from the US. If so it would be a game changer.
