Ok but surely you understand that you’re not the only one raising questions about the quantum of TR’s bonus.
How do you propose to address it, without the threat or execution of the resolution I have proposed (which is merely requesting independent specialist advice on the matter!)
Do you honestly think if we just call TR and ask him to take a pay cut to a more reasonable level he would agree?
If I do this, and he refuses to do so (or appoint an independent expert to provide advice on the matter) would you consider supporting this resolution? I’m happy to do so if this is the case.
Obviously not everyone will support the proposed approach or endorse both motions. It’s not necessary thay they do. But I am determined to build as much consensus as I can around this and conduct this as a collaborative campaign to the extent that I possibly can
