Just checked with dental contacts. This product appears(if correct clinical trials are true) that it will not only prevent further decay of the damaged tooth (by addition to the resin) it will create a further environment in the mouth which creates a Biofilm where the harmful bacteria are unable to multiply/cause further decay in surrounding teeth.

In summary.....It not only prevents further decay in damaged teeth, but protects surrounding teeth by removing the environment that assists decay causing bacteria. Clinical trials only but bring on the real trials and other multiple applications!!!! Ideal for lazy lower class people who won't brush their teeth. Please remember brushing is still a great hygene and preventative measure...rather than just letting all the gunk build up. :)
