Looks like it was Thorney Industries buying the big parcel.
ZEN does look very underpriced on a PE ratio valuation - especially with all the large projects already on board (but not yet built).
Gavin Great leaving (whilst holding so many shares) was not a good look - and there has still been no explanation as to why he has left?
Also, I would think that his skill set would have been pretty important - as he had been with ZEN for so long.
Still, all things considered, their last financial update was a cracker - so it does seem very cheap.
