I disagree. This is not a puff piece. Clearly a lot of work is being done. Lets not get bogged down at what $$$ for the moment. Its a CLEAR path on what's happening. What I like is the interest its gathering. Potential financial and off take agreements ( hopefully less dilution). I like it....yes I could be too optimistic but for the first time I see more than just a paragraph and highlighted 1 line comments. Clearly a shift in mood. Anyway I could be wrong but time will tell.
