you keep harping on about debt being greater than cash - you do realise that the underlying guarantee has not been drawn yet. It may never been drawn on - on page 7 you will find the below comments in relation to rehabilitation works that were already completed by the company in 2017. a total of $6.9 million in 1 year.

"Environment Rehabilitation works continued throughout 2017, and have been an ongoing feature of RRP’s ownership of its interest in the Foxleigh JV. A total of A$6.9m (100% basis) was spent on rehabilitation at Foxleigh, resulting in 325 Ha of rehabilitation being completed during 2017. These works included profiling, topsoil placement and spine drain installation, along with seeding"

do you not think the independent valuation took this into account?

Maybe if Taurus wasn't blocking the damn cap raise we wouldn't need their performance guarantee?

They made a NET profit of $103 million last and repaid debt and associated costs of $47.6 mill and made investments of $31.7 million. maybe another financier would be happy to provide?

maybe they are planning to have enough cash by Jan next year to release Taurus mining?

or maybe they could consider a combination of all 3 above, if Taurus weren't blocking the re-listing. This section is worded to make it out like realm have no options.

There is a reason why it is an independent valuation I.E. not the bidder trying to make things look attractive to sell at a heavily discounted price. I'm not going to accept anything in writing from Taurus
