Realistically speaking , Im think the only way positively way forward is for there to be a meeting of hearts, a 50/50 ( BOC and RTG ) agreement along with legally entitled parties to form a new company to take this mine forward from its now stone walled/ dead duck situation to a recapitalised re managed reopening of this mine.
Its obvious to me that this is an impossible situation, the at war parties will still be at this current stalemate in 10 years time unless something sensible is agreed to .
