sounds like you are banking on an illogical outcome
the buyer has already paid $5M
you think the buyer will not pay another $3M and lose the asset; paying $5M for nothing?
personally, i have been trading VKA since after the sale was announced and, luckily, have been on the right side of the trade for the last 2 years
gain from my 1st buy in July 2015 has been 205%
2.5 cents was a good price to buy some back
