As a former Cape Lambert director and DRC expert Brewer was for sure directly involved in the acquisiton of CFE DRC cobalt projects Kipushi/Kasombo.

These two projects (supposedly with a functioning processing plant) are splitted today between CFE and FEL.

Both companies have a marketcap of around 40 Am$.
Without CFE Investments (e.g. EUR) and cash these DRC projects are valued around 15-20 Am$.

The times have not improved since CFE/Brewer acquired these projects, DRC partners will claim a higher stake in these days.

With this in mind current WFE marketcap of 55 Am$ is crazy....
