I think we need to remember the Christmas/ new year impact. There is a lot of holidays taken over this time particularly by the more senior doctors. This would have a large impact particularly on new products which are untried. Junior doctors will play it more safe. If you assume you only got two months sales rather than 3 like normal, the numbers are very similar.
