The problem Taurus have is that every month that goes by the more money is being made, which pushes the fair value for said shares North, they wait a year , Independent valuation may need to be acquired again, with more money in bank, Fair value may be $2.90 by the end of year, Catch twenty two for everyone, I certainly would not take the offer of the independent Valuer a year from now.. BE BLOODY STUPID TOO.
