MB still had to do the investigations and prepare the claims against SGH. It wasn't their fault that SGH was technically broke. I'm paying MB more money than probably anyone here. I'm not happy we only got 5% back for being conned but that the best we could get.

Now I'm hopeful third parties who helped in the deception even by negligence will have to compensate shareholders for damages. Until PP approved and signed off the accounts they were just numbers on a piece of paper. PP made them legitimate to investors.
