i owned 3 houses in Bulimba, so don't try and lecture me!
the area i am talking about is in Wynnum North which now has upmarket residential within a one kilometer radius of this monstrosity. it also has a monastery that is heritage listed with many aged residents in care.
my understanding is that if this 'tinder box' blew up, even Bulimba would feel the effects.
ps- sure they can crap on about world's best practice in emergency situations, but it just takes one'incident'
and it's barbeque time.
