Carnegie did also send a reminder last CR at 6.7c and raised 16m (triple the amount asked for initially) before we had any substantial contracts........ so they are just reminding shareholders and the general public, who may not have heard of them before the Delamere announcement.
Sure Jo public wont be able to buy shares in the CR but it’s just PR after a market sensitive announcement such as Delamere.
