mm3, a vote against the remuneration report will mean nothing in this instance, besides that a "First Strike" is in place....... until the remuneration report is voted against again at the next AGM....... Then, within 90 days (from memory), a meeting can be called to spill the board. BUT, if you spill the Board, you better have another one there and then to install ....... or in effect the company falls over.
